Henry Mosco

Mr. Henry Mosco, 81, of Cleveland, MS, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018, at Bolivar Medical Center. Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church with Father Kent Bowlds officiating. Interment will be in North Cleveland Cemetery.

Henry was born on October 29, 1936, to Albert Mosco and Ludovina Pirani Mosco in Shaw,
MS. On June 8, 1958, he married Mary Jane Stubbs in Greenwood, MS. Growing up; Henry played many sports such as football, baseball, and boxing. He even boxed professionally for a while before starting a boxing club for the youth in Cleveland. Henry loved to play Bocci and won many tournaments. He also enjoyed to fish and play dominos in his spare time. Henry was a member of Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church in Cleveland and also a 4th degree knight with the Knights of Columbus.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane Stubbs; parents, Albert and Ludovina Mosco; and daughter, Gina Michael.

Mr. Mosco is survived by his daughter, Kim Mosco Buehring (Nathan) of Cleveland; sons, Henry Gordon Mosco (Kerri) of Cleveland and James Anthony Mosco of Drew;  grandchildren, Maggi Mosco, Jacob Mosco, Anthony Michael, Magen Whitt, Kaci Mosco, Allie Blackwood, and Caine Buehring; 4 great grandchildren; and siblings, Angelina May (John) of Memphis, Lizzie Roark of Oxford, and Adolph Mosco of Shaw.

Pallbearers will be Chance Robinson, Michael Rocconi, Jody Rocconi, Al Roark, Frank Michael, Anthony Michael, Jonathan Vance, Lawrence Spa-dinini. and Jacob Mosco. Honorary pallbearers will be Ed Coleman, Arthur Causey, Joe Aguzzi, Murry Roark, Bill Quinton, Darry Hardy, Joe Reed, D.D. Ferracci, Raymond Biagoli, Billy Nowell, and Houston Weaver.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Church Building Fund at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church.
