Augusta Welch

Mrs. Augusta McGarrh Welch, 61 of Cleveland, MS, passed away at Bolivar Medical Center, Tuesday, March 8, 2011. Visitation will be Thursday, March 10, 2011 at Ray Funeral Home from 1:00- 2:00 p.m..
Celebration of life service will be Thursday, March 10, 2011 in Delta Heights Memorial Gardens at 2:00 p.m. with Bro Allen Robison officiating.
Mrs. Welch was born, February 25, 1950 to Augusta Kay McGarrh and Josephine Steele in Rosedale, MS. She was loved by so many of her friends and especially her family. Her grandson was the light of her life. Mrs. Welch was also loved by all of her patients.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary Elizabeth Brown (Paul) of Madison, MS and Lee Ashley Welch of New Orleans, LA; grandson, William Welch Brown; sister Kay McGarrh Seymore (Gary) of Benoit, MS; nephews, Travis McGarrh Bassie (Cindy) of Cleveland, MS and Joseph Michael Bassie of Gunnison, MS; and great-nephew, Lee Michael Bassie of Gunnison, MS.
Pallbearers will be George Scott, James Frazier, Butch Bassie, Michael Bassie, Paul Brown, Gene McCreary.
