Betty Jo Nabors Frazier

Betty was born April 6th, 1946 in Rosedale, Ms. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Dorothy Nabors. She married James Frazier August 7, 1964. Betty was a member of St. Luke Methodist Church in Cleveland, MS. Betty was also an active member of the Mississippi Federated Women's Club for many years. She graduated from the Mississippi Delta Cosmetology program where she then spent the majority of her life helping women to look their best. She worked in the retail sales field of women's apparel and cosmetics for 50 years. In 1990, she became a consultant for Merle Norman Cosmetics and later purchased her own studio that she operated and managed for over 20 years. Betty had a great passion for loving and encouraging her grandsons.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Dorothy Nabors. Betty is survived by her loving husband of 50 years: James Frazier of Cleveland, Ms., her daughter: Christy N. Linkous and her husband Rob of Cleveland, Ms., two brothers: Eddie Nabors and his wife Sarah of Indianola, Ms., Jerry Nabors of Benoit, Ms., two sisters: Dorothy Peddicord and her husband Tom of Dallas, TX., Sue Nabors of Southaven, Ms., Grandsons': Zach, Ethan and Bo Linkous of Cleveland, Ms., as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Betty also is survived by her best friend of 25 years, Mary Rowe.
