Bonnie Christine Partridge

Bonnie Christine Jones Partridge, of Phenix City, Al, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2015, in Lee County, AL. Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Ray Funeral Home. Celebration of Life services will immediately follow beginning at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 19, 2015, with Bro. Jason Tutor and Rev. Mike Chamness officiaiting. Interment will follow in Drew City Cemetery. Mrs. Partridge was born April 1, 1968, in New Albany, MS, to James Edward Jones, Sr. and Margaret Sue Smith Jones.
Fifteen years ago, she married Kenneth Wayne Partridge in Opelika, AL and they owned and operated K&C Karaoke for ten years together. She had a passion for singing and dancing. During her years as a DJ, she worked many benefits including weddings and Multiple Sclerosis fund raisers. She deeply loved and cared for her grandchildren, and often said she would give her life for them. She is preceded in death by her father, James Edward Jones, Sr.; and left this life next to her husband, Kenneth Wayne Partridge. Mrs. Partridge is survived by her mother, Margaret Jones of Snow Lake, AR; children, Michael King (Michelle Harper) of Cleveland, Monica King (James Valdez) of Arkansas, and Misty King of Arkansas; grandchildren, Bryson Valdez, Madison Valdez, Analise Valdez, Anniston King, Emily Clark, and Ricky Clark III; brothers, Rodney Jones (Jenny) of Hernando, Michael Jones (Lisa) of Grenada, Kenny Jones (Stephanie) of Southaven, James Jones (Kim) of Elaine, AR, Lewis Jones (Deliah) of Florida, and William Jones (Malou) of Florida; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family. Pallbearers will be her brothers: Rodney Jones, Michael Jones, Kenny Jones, James Jones, Lewis Jones, and William Jones. In Memory of Christine, donations may be made to the family through Ray Funeral Home.
