Camille Warlick

Ellen Camille Gillespie Warlick went to be with the Lord August 11, 2021, after an illness. Camille was born in 1971 in Booneville to Billy and Jane Gillespie. She attended Booneville High School, where she was a Blue Devil cheerleader. She graduated in 1989 and attended The University of Mississippi, majoring in marketing. She graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in business.
After college, Camille moved to Dallas where she worked for Software Spectrum. She returned to North Mississippi and enjoyed a career as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Glaxo Wellcome. During this time, she met Hall Warlick of Memphis and Cleveland. They married in 1999 in Memphis at Independent Presbyterian Church.
The Warlicks' lives were forever blessed with the birth of their beloved Jane Ellen, their greatest accomplishment and joy. Camille loved being involved in all her daughter's activities, from cheerleading to tennis including most recently, helping her decorate her apartment. She especially loved planning vacations for her family. She planned memorable trips for them to St. John, Virgin Islands, Jackson Hole, WY and an especially great trip for Jane Ellen to New York City. Camille was an avid Ole Miss fan and enjoyed all the games, whether from the stadium or at home on TV; she didn't miss a game.
Camille had a kind heart and was always doing thoughtful things for her family and stepping in to help friends out at a moment's notice. This kindness extended to her love of animals. At an early age, she was fond of animals, bringing home any that needed love. She was an active member of her community, lending her support wherever needed. She volunteered for years at Presbyterian Day School then later at Bayou Academy. She worked at the Bologna Performing Arts Center and was an active member of the Junior Auxiliary of Cleveland. She was a member of Calvary Episcopal Church She was passionate cook and taught at the Viking Culinary school for three years, enjoying the people she met and the opportunity she had to share her love of cooking.
