Charlotte Hutchison

Charlotte Elaine Hutchison, 65, of Merigold, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2013, at Bolivar Medical Center. Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 26, 2013, at Ray Funeral Home. Celebration of Life services will immediately follow beginning at 11:00 a.m. December 26, 2013, at Ray Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Turner and bro Ed Hall officiating. Interment will follow in Merigold City Cemetery.
Mrs. Hutchison was born September 30, 1948, to Roy and Ada Bell Hill. On May 25, 1968, she married Robert "Bob" Hutchison in Cleveland. She was a farmer and enjoyed fishing and spending most of her time outdoors. Every Sunday, she would join her family and play cards. She was always helping others and was known as a reliable person to many. She always took time to help carry fellow church members from Merigold Baptist Church to their appointments. She is also known for her wonderful pecan pies.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Ada Hill; her spouse, Robert "Bob" Hutchison; and her brothers, Redell Hill and Davis Hill.
Mrs. Hutchison is survived by her son, Allen Hutchison of Merigold; step-daughter, Kim Bass of Fulton; step-grandchildren, Kalie and Kassie Bass of Fulton, MO; sisters, Mavis Hamilton (B.L.) of Pace, Betty Franks (Steve) of Timpson, TX, and Bonnie Jean Morris of Allen, TX; brothers, Wayne Hill (Shirley) of Glendalia, MO, and Bobby Hill (Marie) of Boyle; MO; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Finley Sterling, JR Hamilton, Pemble Davis, Lex Davis, Brent Branning, and Frankie Hamilton. Honorary pallbearers will be Bud Manning, Lon Booker, and Quitman Deloach.
