Mrs. Clara MaeBell Edwards,76, of Merigold, MS passed away in Harrison, AR at Hillcrest Nursing Home, Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Visitation will be Sunday, July 10, 2011 at Ray Funeral Home from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.. Celebration of life services will be at 2:00 p.m. at Ray Funeral Home, Sunday, July 10, 2011 with Rev. Larry Chouccoli officiating. Burial will be in North Cleveland Cemetery.
Mrs. Edwards was born in Bolivar county to Gus Inlow Milan and Annie Mae Foster. She loved her family and enjoyed cooking. Mrs. Edwards lived in Shelby from 1962 to 1997.
She is survived by her daughters Peggy Tyson and Janet Canady; son, Stanley Canady; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Tom Milan; and sister, Doris Whitt.
Pallbearers will be Doug Tyson, Jimmy Canady, Jimmy Gibbs, David Canady, Bobby Milan, and Michael Milan.
