Mr. Edward Cutts, 81, passed away, Saturday, February 25, 2012 in Cleveland, MS. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 at Ray Funeral Home, Monday, February 27, 2012. Celebration of life service will be Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Ray Funeral Home. Interment will follow celebration of life service in Lehrton Cemetery.
Mr. Cutts was born to W.J. Cutts and Gussie White Cutts in Vance, MS, December 24, 1930. He married Brooxie Coleman in Winona, MS, June 5, 1954. He was a member of Dockery Baptist Church and served as deacon for many years.
He is survived by his wife Brooxie Coleman Cutts of Cleveland, MS; daughter, Cindy Cutts Nutt (Bennie) of Flora, MS; sisters, Helen Jones of Winona, MS and Ruby Doyle of Joliet, IL; and great-niece, whom he loved and considered as his granddaughter, Ashley Gilbert.
Pallbearers will be Charles Cutts, , Perry Yeoman, Jerry Yeoman, James Yeoman, Tommy Yeoman, Lee Nutt and Dannie Cutts.
Honorary pallbearers will be Claude Gilbert, Keith Wheeler, Tommy Barrett, Kenny Millican, Rodney Shivers, Doug Pannell, Larry Jefcoat, Joe Weaver, Wayne Knight, Leon Weeks, Charles Roberson and Jeff McCeary
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Dockery Baptist Church or the Baptist Children's Village.
