Eleanor Jean Houston, 78, of Pensacola Florida, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019 at Delta Regional Medical Center.
She was born on November 4, 1940 to Mr. Emmett Louper Houston and Mrs. Margorie Eunice Rutan. She worked as a secretary in Medical Records for 40 years before retiring from West Florida Hospital. Eleanor was a social butterfly. Most of her time was spent eating out with friends and shopping. In earlier years, she was an avid tennis player.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Emmett and Margorie Houston.
Gene is survived by her siblings, Joann Mitchell (Gerald) of Pensacola, FL, Donna Kay Rogers (David) of Lakeland, FL, and Richard Houston (Teresa) of Cleveland; and a host of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
