Elizabeth Ann Kendrick, 84, of Cleveland, MS went to be with the Lord on September 17, 2020. A visitation will take place at Ray Funeral Home on September 21, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m with the service following at 11:00.
Mrs. Kendrick was born on October 4th, 1935 in Drew, MS to Casey O. Williams and Cecil Helms Williams. She attended and graduated from Ruleville High School, and went on to marry Ira Kendrick Jr on August 25, 1955. They were married for 65 years. She loved to travel, working outside in the yard, and sitting on her porch. In her spare time, she loved doing puzzles. Most of all, she always had an open door for everyone. She was a loving sister, mother, wife, grandmother, and great grandmother. Elizabeth was loved by everyone who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents, Casey O. Williams & Cecil Helms Williams; her husband, Ira Kendrick, Jr; and sisters, Katherine Kent, Helen Burton, & Sue Kimbrell. She is survived by her three daughters, Kay Sherron (Marcus) of Cleveland, MS, Kim Morris of Drew, MS, and Karol Brown (Howard) of Rosedale, MS; one sister, Nell Williams of Mountain Home, AR; sister-in-law, Libba Majors; three brother-in-laws, Wayne Burton (Anna), Bob Kendrick (Ruth), & David Kimbrell; six grandchildren, Kristen Sears (Billy), Justen Sherron (Lindsey), Cody Field (Josh), Kamaran Brown (Matthew), Damion Brown (Natalie), and Melissa Brown (Ty); and seven great grandchildren. Family wishes donations be made to charity of your choice.
