Mrs. Frances Campbell Terrell, 83, of Panama City, Fl, formerly of Cleveland, MS, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2011 in Panama City, FL. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 Thursday, December 15, 2011 at Ray Funeral Home. Celebration of Life services will begin at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 15, 2011 at Ray Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas Bruce officiating. Burial will follow in New Cleveland Cemetery.
Mrs. Terrell was born in Sunflower County on October 4, 1928 to R.K. Campbell and Lee Etta Dyche Campbell. On August 23, 1946, she married Cleo Vernon Terrell in Sunflower County. She and her husband owned and operated Terrell Office Machines for 45 years before retiring and was a member of Yale Street Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, R.K. and Lee Etta Dyche Campbell, her brother Earnest Campbell, and her husband, Cleo Vernon Terrell.
She is survived by her son, Vernon Glenn Terrell of Thailand; her daughter, Judy Terrell Smith of Panama City Beach, FL; grandchildren, Tom Terrell, Joseph Terrell Smith, Jacob Casey Smith; and a son in law, Kendall Smith of Panama City Beach, FL.
Frances loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed crafts that included painting and needlepoint.
