Francisco R. Garcia, 40, of Cleveland, passed away Monday, September 7, 2015, in Cleveland. Visitation will be 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2015, at Ray Funeral Home. Rosary will begin at 6:00 p.m. and a service will immediately follow beginning at 6:30 p.m. Mr. Garcia was born in El Evano, Arroy Seco, on October 4, 1974 to Pedro Garcia Ibarra and Tomasa Rodrigues Romero. On May 2, 2011, he married Enriqueta Escamilla Garcia in Lake Village, AR. He worked at Timbo Construction for the past four years and he loved music. He will always be remembered by always being with his family and friends. He is survived by his parents, Pedro Garcia Ibarra and Tomasa Rodrigues Romero of Mexico; wife, Enriqueta E. Garcia of Cleveland; daughters, Arely S. Garcia of Cleveland, and Erika Garcia and Veronica Garcia both of Mexico; son, Francisco Garcia, Jr. of Cleveland; brothers, Jose Pedro Garcia Rodriguez, Ricarda Garcia Rodriguez, and Alejandro Rodriguez all of Mexico; and sisters, Fortunata Garcia Rodriguez, Ma Victoria Garcia Rodriguez, and Esperanza Garcia Rodriguez all of Mexico.
