Mr. George Reece Harrison, 82, of Cleveland, MS, passed away at Cleveland Nursing and Rehab, Sunday, September 4, 2011.
Mr. Harrison was born to William Thomas Harrison and Myrtle Alice Shelton on May 22, 1929 in Cleveland, MS. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Cleveland, he was a member of the American Rose Society and was also a Rosarian.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William Thomas Harrison and Myrtle Alice Shelton; brothers, W.T. Harrison and Earl D. Harrison.
Mr. Harrison is survived by his sister, Barbara Andrews; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the City of Cleveland Beautification C/ O Jane Dunlap.
