Gillian Stewart

Mrs. Gillian Ann Stewart, 66, of Cleveland, passed away May 26, 2014 at her home. Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 2014 at Ray Funeral Home. Celebration of Life services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 30, 2014, at Calvary Episcopal Church with Rev. Sylvia Czarnetzky officiating. Interment will be North Cleveland Cemetery.
Mrs. Stewart was born January 15, 1948, in Hertfordshire, England to Leslie Harrington and Ivy Harrington. She married Garth Stewart on August 30, 1969 in Brantford, ON, Canada. She worked as a Food Service Director for 8 years and was a very successful and award winning food service Director at Trace Regional Hospital. She was a devoted stay at home mom and wife. She put her family before anything else. She enjoyed knitting, spending time with her family and photo history. Her smile and unconditional love for her family will greatly be missed.
She is survived by her husband, Garth Stewart; son, Gerald Stewart of Cedar Rapids, IA, and Steven Stewart of Calgary, Alberta, Canada; sisters, Chris Stiller of Woodstock Ontario, Canada, Carol Robinson Brantford Ontario, Canada, and Janet Crawford of Kitchener Ontario, Canada ; brother, Derek Harrington Brantford Ontario, Canada; grandsons, Andrew Stewart of Cedar Rapids, IA, and Liam Stewart of Calgary, Alberta; granddaughter, Madelene Stewart of Calgary, Alberta; daughter in law, Sarah Stewart of Cedar Rapids, IA, and Jennifer Stewart of Calgary, Alberta; sister in law, Charlene Stewart of Burlington Ontario, Canada; and a host of nieces and nephews.
