Gladys Moore Bost

Gladys Moore Bost, 91, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2013, at Bolivar Medical Center. Visitation will be 10:00-10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 10, 2013, at Ray Funeral Home. Memorial Services will immediately follow beginning at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 10, 2013, at Ray Funeral Home. Interment will be in Delta Heights Memorial Garden Cemetery.
Mrs. Bost was born January 28, 1922, to Luther Moore and Maud Roberts Moore. She was married James F. "Jimmy" Bost, Sr. on January 1, 1941 in Ruleville, MS. She was the homemaker of the family, was a member of Calvary Baptist church and loved serving in various ministries at the church earlier in life. She cherished her family and enjoyed spending time with them. The greatest characteristic was her faith in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Maud Moore; husband, James F. "Jimmy" Bost, Sr.; and son, William "Billy" Bost.
Mrs. Bost is survived by her son, James Bost, Jr. (Janeth) of Eudora, AR; granddaughter, Kristin Bost Gann (Dirk) of Olive Branch, MS; Grandson, Gary Bost (Myra) of Battle Creek, MI; and great-grandchildren, Hunter Bost, Allison Bost, Caleb Bost, and Colton Bost.
