H.L 'Buck' Roberts Jr.

Hiram Lee "Buck" Roberts Jr., 75, of Shelby, passed away Monday, April 25, 2016, in Jackson. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Ray Funeral Home in Cleveland, MS with Bro. Jimmie Breland officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Roberts was born July 15, 1940, to Hiram Lee Roberts and Dorothy B. Roberts. He worked at Miller Transport as a truck driver for many years. He was a member of Edwards United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his nephew, Lee Burke; and numerous cousins. Mr. Roberts is preceded in death by his parents, Hiram Lee Roberts and Dorothy Roberts; first wife, Virginia Roberts; second wife, Jayne Roberts; son, Thomas H. Roberts; sister, Dorothy Lee Burke.
