Mrs. Jerry Inez Hall, 82, of Pace, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2016, at Walter B. Crook. A Memorial Service will be held 5:00 Sunday, April 24, 2016, at Pace Pentecostal Church. Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 25, 2016, at Ray Funeral Home. Celebration of Life services will immediately follow beginning at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 25, 2016, at Ray Funeral Home with Bro. Kenneth White, Bro. Jerry Terrell, Bro. Crockett Kennedy, and Bro. Lonnie Smith officiating. Interment will be in Delta heights Memorial Garden Cemetery. Mrs. Hall was born in Minter City, MS, on September 24, 1933, to Robert Randolf Hughes and Ruby Jessie Peppers Hughes. When she was seven years old, she met the man who would become her husband, Rev. Edward Hall, and later they married on March 19, 1952, in Cleveland, MS. Mrs. Hall worked for 33 years as a Supervisor at Delta State University Laundry Center. She was a member at Pace Pentecostal Church, and was a prayer warrior who was completely devoted to her church. She enjoyed flowers greatly, and was a wonderful homemaker, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Randolf Hughes and Ruby Jessie Hughes; brothers, Rudolph Hughes and Guy Hughes; and grandsons, Colton Hall and Matt Hall. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Edward Hall of Pace; sons, Eddie Hall (Kathy) of Pace, Mark Hall (Molly) of Boyle, and Steve Hall (Cheryl) of Diana, TX; daughter, Dianne Cooksey (Butch) of Pace, MS; grandchildren, Chris Gentry of Diana, TX, Jeff Gentry (Tabitha) of Cave Springs, AR, Mark Hall, Jr. (Leigh Ann) of Pace, Magan Skinner (Jonathan) of Pace, Chase Hall (April) of Cleveland, Chelsea Hall of Flowood, Corey Hall of Diana, TX; great-grandchildren, Lauren Gentry of Cleveland, Lathan Hall of Cleveland, Alexis Gentry of Brandon, Kiersten Gentry of Brandon, Aden Hall of Cleveland, Micah Skinner of Pace, Olivia Gentry of Lafayette, LA, Katie Skinner of Pace, Zoe Skinner of Pace, and Issac Hall of Cleveland; great-great-grandchild, Brailyn Cummins of Cleveland; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Christopher Gentry, Jeffrey Gentry, Mark Hall, Jr., Chase Hall, Corey Hall and Jonathan Skinner. In memory of Mrs. Hall, donations may be made to Pace Pentecostal Church.
