James "Jim" Everette Williams, Jr., 71, of Rosedale, MS, passed away on July 29, 2020. A graveside service will take place on August 1, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., at Beulah Cemetery. Jim was born on August 17, 1948, in Cleveland, MS. He attended Cleveland High School in which he graduated in 1966. He married the love of his life, Ethel Williams, in 1982. Jim taught auto mechanics at Rosedale High School for 18 years before retiring. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge 470, and a veteran of the National Guard. He will always be remembered for loving his grandchildren and great grandchildren dearly, as well as his extended family. He is preceded in passing by his parents, James Everette Williams, Sr. and Jimmie Mildred Kittrell Williams; and his brother Charles Larry Williams. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Ethel Williams; his sons, Steve Couey (Cyndi) and Dannie Couey (Mitzi); his sister Linda Williams Ingram; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and many loving cousins. Pallbearers for the service will be Clint Ingram, Larson Ingram, Steven Couey, Clint Couey, Chuck Strait, and Jason Strait.
