Jimmy Beach, 78 passed away peacefully on December 17, 2024, in Cleveland, Mississippi. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Ray Funeral Home in Cleveland, MS followed by a Celebration of Life Service. Interment will be at North Cleveland Cemetery.
Jimmy was born on September 29, 1946, in Winona, Mississippi, to Lester Earl and Lucy Pearl Beach. A beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Jimmy leaves behind a cherished legacy defined by his love for family and a steadfast work ethic.
Jimmy’s impressive career spanned many years and various roles. He dedicated 18 years to Baxter, followed by three years with Duofast. Additionally, he served as an inspector for the City of Cleveland for 17 years and spent ten years as an electrician alongside Lexi Horne, showcasing his varied skills and commitment to his work.
A proud High School graduate, Jimmy was known for his vibrant personality and passion for outdoor activities, particularly fishing, which brought him immense joy. Yet, above all, it was his love for his children and grandchildren that truly defined his life. He created countless memories with his family, who will forever treasure those moments.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Lester Earl and Lucy Pearl Beach; brother, Percy Beach; sister-in-law, Danita Beach. His spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him and loved him. He will be remembered for his warm presence, dedication to family, and an unwavering love that inspired those around him.
Jimmy is survived by his beloved daughters: Bethany Dill (Jeff) of Georgia, Amberly Fleming (Donnie) of Merigold, MS; sister, Bettie Gamble of Cleveland, MS; grandchildren, Storm Fleming, Ellis Dill, Kaylee Dill, Tucker Dill, and Abby Hamilton; He is also survived by his beloved stepdaughters, Tina Thornton (Will) and Bridgett Widener (Dave); stepson, Frankie Caswell (Kastlin) of Hernando, MS; along with a host of loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
