Larry Jean Kirksey

Larry Jean Kirksey, 60, of Batesville, MS, passed away on Friday, August 24, 2018, in Batesville, MS. Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 27, 2018, at Ray Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 27, 2018, at Ray Funeral Home.
Larry was born on January 14, 1958, to Charles and Betty Kirksey in Algiers, Louisiana. He worked for the Panola County Country Club for six years. Larry always spent his time working whether it was building things, woodwork, or fixing things that were broken. He enjoyed spending his time outdoors, especially if he was fishing. Larry had biological family and also family that he made throughout the years, he loved each and every single one in his family with all of his heart. He was never a person who met a stranger. Larry will be remembered by his heart for others.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Karamegan Michelle Kirksey; parents, Charles Edward Kirksey and Betty Jean Kirksey; and sister, Toni Kirksey.
Larry is survived by his children, Tessa Jordan of Vicksburg and Larry Jordan of Vicksburg; sisters, Carol Sue McMillan of Cleveland, Darlene McCain of Cleveland, Carolyn Murphy of Stewart, Barbara Crose of Greenville, and Diane Jordan of Vicksburg; brothers, Chuck Kirksey of Cleveland, Donald Klemme of Vicksburg, and Blake Klemme of Vicksburg; and beloved partner, Kelly Jones Fee of Batesville.  
Honorary pallbearers will be Augustin Ortiz, Sergio Ceron, Alberto Avelino, Kenneth McMillan, Jalen Ortiz, Nick Smith, and Jonathan Pena.
