Lera Norton

Lera Nell Norton, 81, of Cleveland passed away May 23, 2012, at Greenwood Leflore Hospital. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday at Ray Funeral Home, in Cleveland, MS. and then a second one Saturday at 2 p.m. until the service time at 3 p.m. at Shackleford Funeral Home in Waynesboro, TN. Graveside celebration of Life services will be at 3 p.m. at Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Norton was born July 30, 1930, to Joe Butler and Carrie Keeton Butler in Tennessee. She was the homemaker in the family. She is survived by her husband, Robert Norton of Cleveland, MS; son, Chet (Terri) of Cleveland MS; Mark of Bartlett, TN; granddaughters, Brandie (John) of Lafayette LA; Lauren Norton of Barlett, TN; Carrie Norton of Barlett, TN; Danielle Jennings (Ray) of Cordova, TN; grandson, Allen Norton (Valerie) of Cleveland, MS; great granddaughter, Haley Kilpatrick of Cordova, TN; great grandsons, Brett and Jace Garber of Lafayette, LA; Dalton and Austin Kilpatrick of Cordova TN.
