Leroy Roland, 77, of Shelby passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at Bolivar Medical Center. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 20, 2012 in the Shelby Cemetery with Clifton Sutton officiating.
Leroy was born March 6, 1935. He was a veteran in the army. Leroy Retired from the Semblex factory after working there, over 20 years. He was an avid fisherman and loved working on cars.
He is survived by his son, Jessie Roland of Shelby; aunt, Polly Jenkins of Rosedale; cousin, Linda Diamond, of Rosedale; cousin Jerry Jenkins, of Cleveland; and a special friend Larry Powell of Winstonville.
