Lisa Jo Hewitt

Lisa Jo Hewitt, a cherished soul who touched the hearts of many, passed away on June 11, 2024, in Jackson, MS.  Visitation for friends and family to pay their respects will be held on June 15, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM followed by a Memorial Service at Ray Funeral Home in Cleveland, MS.

Lisa Jo was born on August 29, 1961, to William and Betty Jo Hewitt in her beloved hometown of Cleveland, MS. Lisa will always be remembered for her unwavering love for her family and friends.
 
Lisa's warm and loving personality brought comfort to those around her. She was a devoted, daughter, and friend who always put others before herself. Her kind spirit and gentle demeanor made her a beacon of light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Lisa was predeceased by her brother Todd Hewitt and father Larry Hewitt.
 
Family was at the core of Lisa's world. She leaves behind her son, Mike Hewitt and his wife Courtney of Wisconsin; mother, Betty Jo Hewitt; grandchildren, Kaidyn and Anna Hewitt; sisters, Angie Hewitt Nelson and Tammy Lemus along with husband Jim; as well as nieces, Jennifer Hewitt, Baylee Hewitt, Crystal Valley along with husband Jeffrey; nephew, Michael Carrol along with wife Megan; and Libby her beloved fur baby.
 
Lisa Jo Hewitt will be greatly missed but will live on in the hearts of those she loved. May she rest in peace knowing that she was deeply cherished.
