Lloyd B. Baldwin

Mr. Lloyd B. Baldwin, 74, of Greenville, MS, passed away on March 27, 2018, at Delta Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 30, 2018, at Ray Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will follow beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 30, 2018, at Ray Funeral Home with Brother Eddie Painter officiating. Interment will be in Delta Heights Memorial Garden.
Lloyd was born on May 24, 1943, to Vernon and Ione Baldwin in Merigold, MS. He worked as a mechanic at Planter's Equipment for 15 years before retiring. Lloyd loved to take rides in his truck, fish, building tin men, and bird apartments all in his spare time. He was very skilled at Sudoku and was known to be a collector. Lloyd had 10 of everything, especially tape measures and you could always ask him for a tissue or napkin because he kept several in his pocket at all times. He was honest, sincere, and never lied.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Ione Baldwin; sister, Joyce Kendall, and brothers, Robert Baldwin, Wade Baldwin, and Keith Baldwin.
Lloyd is survived by his sister, Carol Baldwin Hudspeth (Ronnie) of Greenville; brother, Jimmy Allen Baldwin (Carrie) of Shaw; and a host of beloved nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Barry Junkin, Marshall Baldwin, James Kendall, Jack Sidwell, Brett Sidwell, Brandon Baldwin, Jason Sidwell, and Gerald Finley.
Memorials honoring the life of Lloyd can be made to American Heart Association.
