Lois Jenkins Boyette, 82, of Drew, passed away February 1, 2015, at her home. Visitation will be 12:00p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2015, at Ray Funeral Home. Celebration of Life services will be 2:00p.m. Wednesday 4, 2015, at Ray Funeral Home with Bro. Hill officiating. Interment will follow at Delta Heights. Ms. Boyette was born November 24, 1932, in Slaughter, MS, to Jack Jenkins and Gertrude Roberson. She married J.W. Boyette on September 1, 1962, in Cleveland, MS. She was retired from Baxter. She was a long time member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Boyette. She is survived by daughters, Lee Tedford (Drew), Joyce McCown (Byhalia); grandsons, Adam Boyd(Drew), Corey Mitchell(Greenville); granddaughters, Robin McCown(Hattisburg), Jessica Tedford(Drew);Daughter in law, Becky Preston(Byhalia); Grandson in laws, Nick Preston(Byhalia), Travis Preston(Byhalia), and Junior Wells(Hattisburg). Active pallbearers will be Gary Osborne, Johnny Osborne, Jimmy Osborne, Eckward Gong, David Tedford, and Jr. Wells. Honorary Pallbears will be Eddie Jenkins, Jeff Cleveland, Jeff Peeples, Robin Mitchell, and Sandy Garrett.
