Mrs. Louise Hollingsworth, 83, of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at her home. A private family graveside was held Wednesday, June 27, 2018, honoring the life of Mrs. Hollingsworth.
Mrs. Hollingsworth was born in Cleveland, MS, on December 12, 1934, to P.D. Fletcher and Garner Tollison Fletcher. On September 1, 1953, she married C.W. Hollingsworth in Marks, MS. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, and worked for over 42 years at Baxter Laboratory.
Mrs. Hollingsworth was a dedicated and loving woman who was always thinking about her family; she was her great-grandsons biggest hockey fan, and was very proud of her great-granddaughters role as a Mississippi State University Diamond Girl. She also greatly enjoyed spending time outside in her swing, reading, and gardening.
She is preceded in death by her parents, P.D. Fletcher and Garner Tollison Fletcher; husband, C.W. Hollingsworth; brother, Palmer Fletcher; and sister, Otell Cobb.
Mrs. Hollingsworth is survived by her daughter, Debby Chun (Terry) of Cleveland; grandson, Chad Chun (Angie) of Hernando; great-grandchildren, Lindsey Chun and Fletcher Chun of Hernando; and sister, Gladys Cobb of Cleveland.
