Luis Carlos Jojoa March 24, 1962 - February 5, 2024 Luis Carlos Jojoa, a beloved father, husband, and member of the community, passed away peacefully in his home on February 5, 2024, at the age of 61. A visitation honoring Mr. Luis Carlos will be held Sunday, February 11, 2024 from 1:30-2 at Our Lady of Victories. Mass will follow at Our Lady of Victories. Family and friends are invited to join in remembrance and support during this difficult time. Following the funeral service, there will be a reception at Our Lady of Victories to share personal stories and memories of Luis Carlos. Luis Carlos was Born on March 24, 1962, in Colombia, he was the cherished son of Cornelio Jojoa and Alba Munoz. Luis Carlos had an indomitable spirit and a compassionate heart that touched the lives of all who knew him. He was a man of integrity, kindness, and wisdom. Always ready to lend a helping hand and provide support, Luis Carlos became a pillar of strength for his loved ones during challenging times. His unwavering love for his family knew no bounds. He was truly an incredible father and husband, who served his family selflessly. In his personal life, Luis Carlos found his companion in Maribel Portilla, whom he married and shared countless joys and memories with throughout their journey. They shared 40 beautiful years together. Their love was an inspiration to those around them, serving as a testament to the power of a deeply committed partnership. He was known for his insightful wisdom and willingness to listen, making him a trusted confidante and counselor to many. His absence will undoubtedly create a void felt by countless individuals whose lives he has touched. Luis Carlos’ legacy extends beyond the time he spent with us. His memory will continue to live on, and his impact will be remembered for years to come. He will forever be treasured for the love and compassion he showed within his family. Luis Carlos Jojoa is survived by his beloved wife, Maribel Portilla, who will forever hold his memory dear. His two daughters, manuela Jojoa-Portilla, and Julianna Jojoa-Portilla.
