LW "Buddy" Carroll

LW “Buddy” Jr Carroll 85 of Baton Rouge, LA formerly of Litton, MS was called home to be with the Lord on October 1, 2024. A visitation honoring Buddy will be held Friday, October 4, 2024, from 1-1:45PM at Ray Funeral Home with a Graveside Service following at 2:00PM in the Shaw City Cemetery.

Buddy was born in Cleveland, MS to LW Carroll Sr and Nettie Carroll. Buddy married Shirley Ann Herbison of Litton MS, on December 22, 1965, in Boyle Mr. Buddy served four years in the Us Army and, was as longtime member of Litton Method Church. Buddy was a farmer until retiring after which, He enjoyed fixing old cars and flying model airplanes. 

Buddy was preceded in death by loving wife Shirley Carroll, and his sister Betty Blackwell of Harrison, AR 

Buddy is survived by his daughters, Kim (Bryan) Palmer, and Jennifer (Jimmy) Grandstaff, two granddaughters, Reagan & Alexandra Palmer, sister in law, Winky Herbison.
