Martha Jean Woods

Mrs. Martha Woods, 90 of Cleveland, MS was called home to be with our Lord in Senatobia, MS on Saturday, January 18, 2020. A visitation honoring Mrs. Woods will be held at 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2020 with A Celebration of Life Service at 10:00 a.m. at Ray Funeral Home in Cleveland, MS. Bro. Larry Braswell will officiate. Interment will follow at North Cleveland Cemetery. Martha was born and attended school in Bolivar county MS. She was a beautician for over 60 years. After retiring she enjoyed being outside doing yard work. She also loved playing board and card games.
She is preceded by her husband, George Woods; parents, Clinton Hollingsworth and Louise Roberts; brothers, Paul Roberts and C.W. Hollingsworth; and in-laws, J.C. Smith and Carol Roberts. Martha is survived by her sisters, Brenda Cook (Ronnie) of AR and Shirley Smith of MS; brother, Claude Roberts of TX; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
