Martha Tedder Harden

Mrs. Martha Tedder Harden, 80, of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015, at Bolivar Medical Center. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m.to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at Ray Funeral Home. Celebration of Life services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2015, at Morrison Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. John Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Mantee, MS. Interment time will be announced at the end of the service. Mrs. Harden was born on August 17, 1934, to Thurman B. Tedder and Esther Mae Brown Tedder. On July 1, 1956, she married Travis E. Harden. She was a member of Morrison Chapel Baptist Church and worked at Cleveland State Bank as a teller for 43 years. She loved her grandchildren and loved spending time with them. They were her world for the past 20 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thurman B. Tedder and Esther Mae Tedder; and husband, Travis E. Harden.
Mrs. Harden is survived by her sons, David Harden of Cleveland, MS and Jeff Harden (Kim) of Carrollton, MS; grandchildren, Taylor Harden, Alyssa Montgomery (Scottie), Kaley Harden, and Sarah Rylie Harden all of Carrollton, MS; great-grandchild, John Thomas Montgomery of Carrollton, MS; brothers, Jimmy Tedder of Cleveland, MS and Tommy Tedder of Little Rock, AR; and aunt, Ruby Jones of Batesville, MS. Pallbearers will be Joey Palmer, Michael Palmer, Carl Norwood, Joe Norwood, Mike Griffin, and Lee Tedder. In memory of Mrs. Harden, donations may be made to Morrison Chapel Baptist Church.
