Miss. Mary Elizabeth Canico, 77, of Shaw, MS passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at OCH in Starkville, MS. Visitation will be Friday, August 26, 2011 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Shaw, MS from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Celebration of life service will be Saturday at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Shaw, MS at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow the service in Shaw Cemetery.
Miss. Canico was born to Americo Conico and Albina Ferritti on August 11, 1934 in Shaw, MS.
She is survived by her sisters, Shirley C. Sizemore of Cleveland, MS (Buster), Joanne C. Grossi of Starkville, MS (John); brother, John A. Conico of Cleveland, MS (Kathy) sister, Barbara C. Weaver of Shaw, MS (Ricky); and brother, Timothy Canico of Shaw, MS; and a host of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jason Grossi, Marshall Conico, Steve Sizemore "Stevie", Charles Sizemore "Shine", Pete Mulrooney, Blaze McMinn, and Luigi McMinn.
