Mavis Veazey

Mavis Ann Veazey, 71, of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at her home. Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 p.m. Friday, November 1, 2013, at Ray Funeral Home with Celebration of Life services immediately following beginning at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Neal Cordell officiating.
Mrs. Veazey was born in Ethel, MS on April 3, 1942, to Fred Leon Black and Annie Mae Black. Later she married Charles Veazey. She was a devoted Housewife, and she loved her children and especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by husband; daughters, Tammie Wright (David) of Cleveland, Teresa Sanderson (James) of Conyers, GA, and Vicki Muncher (Richard) of Cottondale, AL; son, Michael Veazey (Tammie) of Columbus, GA; 7 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
