Mearl Poe Sewell

Mearl Poe Sewell was born in Schlater, MS, on October 2nd,1935, and entered into Heaven on April 20th, 2024.
Graveside services will be held at Greenville Cemetery on Saturday, April 27th, 2024 at 11am. 
She was married to Louie Sewell for 61 years until he passed away in 2016. She is survived by 2 sons, Eddie Sewell (Angie) and Tim Sewell (Gaye); grandchildren, Eddie Sewell Jr. (Lindsey), Derek Sewell, Tyler Sewell, Mary Madison Sewell Close (Jackson), and Lauren Sewell; great grandsons, Peyton Sewell and Parker Sewell, a great granddaughter due to arrive in May, and a loving family of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Martin Van Buren Poe and Nancy Jane Robinson Poe; sisters, Theosa Cummings, Verna Mae McCoy, Lou Ray Goss, Faye Bradshaw, and a twin, Pearl Whitaker; brothers, Herbert Poe, Lois Poe, and Howard Poe.
