Minnie Boyd Braswell

Minnie Boyd Braswell, 89, went to be with the Lord on February 13, 2021 in Cleveland, MS. A visitation will be held Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Ray Funeral Home beginning at 10:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. with a Celebration of Service immediately following at 11:00 a.m. Mask are required.
Mrs. Minnie was born December 1, 1931 to William and Vera Boyd in Linn, MS. She graduated from Ruleville high school and attended Calvary Baptist Church. She married Leon Braswell in Cleveland, MS in 1950. Mrs. Minnie love to visit Branson, MO and decorate for Christmas. She retired from Baxter after 46 years. Most of all Mrs. Minnie loved the Lord, her family, and church family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Vera Boyd; husband, Leon Braswell; son, Dennis Braswell. Mrs. Minnie is survived by her son, Gene Braswell; daughter, Vera Sue Tweedle; brother, Gus Boyd; sister, Ruth Jefcoat; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
