Nancy Webb

Mrs. Nancy B. Webb, 65, of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2015, at Joy Health and Rehab. Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at Ray Funeral Home. Graveside services will begin at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at Delta Heights Memorial Garden Cemetery with Shirley Lamb Turner officiating.
Mrs. Webb was born in Front Royal, VA, on June 27, 1949, to William Lloyd Broughman and Edna Sue David Broughman. On November 27, 1965, she married James Willis Webb in Front Royal, VA. She was a member of Survival Incorporated and helped serve as an advocate for victims, and she also loved to bake cakes.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William Lloyd Broughman and Edna Sue Broughman; son, James William Webb; and daughter, Debra Webb Hoop Brooks.
Mrs. Webb is survived by her husband, James W. Webb of Cleveland; daughter, Kelli Campbell Colvin of Phillip, MS; grandchildren, James Lance Brooks of Cleveland, Christopher Cade Campbell of Cleveland, and Chessa Caroline Colvin of Phillip, MS; uncle, Glenn E. David of Omaha, NE; and beloved dogs, Cocoa and Trouble.
Pallbearers will be Doug Webb, Lane Brooks, Cade Campbell, Jacob Webb, and Jason Webb.
In memory of Mrs. Webb, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
