Nott Wheeler

Edward Nott Wheeler, Sr., 84, of Cleveland Passed away Thursday, September 6, 2012. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 8, 2012 from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m., at First United Methodist Church. Services will be Sunday, September 9, 2012 at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church with Bro. Barry Dickerson and Bro. Billy Owen officiating. Interment will follow in New Cleveland Cemetery.
Mr. Nott was born March 6, 1928, to Frank Harris Wheeler and Marcia Ellen Nott. He married Cherry Ann Walker February 23, 1952. Mr. Nott was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Cleveland.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Cherry Wheeler of Cleveland, MS.; son, Nott Wheeler, Jr. (Martha) of Cleveland, MS.; daughter, Beth Wheeler Dean of Guntersville, AL.; granddaughters, Cherry Dean Sims of Huntersville, AL, Elizabeth Dean Brewster of Iuka, MS, Marcia Wheeler Houser of Oakland, TN, Rachel Wood Wheeler of Starkville, MS, and Morgan Terrell Wheeler of Cleveland, MS; Great-grandsons, Wheeler Brewster, Everett Brewster of Iuka, MS, Daniel Sims of Huntersville, AL., and Ryder Houser of Oakland, TN; great-granddaughter, Lily Sims of Huntersville, AL.
Pallbearers will be Pemble Davis, Charles Roberson, Marvin Lott, David Walt, Park Hiter, Mike Sanders, Brett Brewster, Jamie Houser.
Honorary pallbearers will be Harold Mitchell, Dr. Stacy Davidson, Homer Sledge, Joe Aguzzi, Joseph Crews, Mark Barger, Frank Tindall, Harry Howarth, Edward McKnight, Ricky Poe, John Henry, Ben Bailey, and Mike Brister.
Memorials can be made to the First United Methodist Church.
