Sharon Raye Jones

Mrs. Sharon Jones, 61, of Rosedale, passed away Friday, April 3, 2015, at Bolivar Medical Center. Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 10, 2015, at Ray Funeral Home. Memorial services will immediately follow beginning at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 10, 2015, at Ray Funeral Home with Bro. George Hamilton officiating. Interment will be in Beulah Cemetery. Mrs. Jones was born August 12, 1953, in Rosedale, MS to Walter Marrell Hughes and Mary Francis Miller Hughes. On August 7, 1971, she married Roger Dale Jones in Skene, MS. She enjoyed yard work, gardening, decorating her home, and watching westerns. She is preceded in death by her parents, Walter Marrell and Mary Francis Hughes and husband, Roger Dale Jones. Mrs. Jones is survived by her children, Cynthia Couey of Cleveland, Priscilla Jones of Rosedale, and Jeremy Jones of Cleveland; seven grandchildren, Casey Hamilton, Dustin Hamilton, Shannon Hamilton, John Easterling, Shelby Jones, Haley Jones, and Ethan Brown; four great-grandchildren, Rainy Hamilton, Lily Hamilton, Arianna Hamilton, and Carter Hamilton; sister, Sandra Farmer; brothers, Danny Hughes and Donny Hughes; nephews, Artie Hughes, Christopher Hughes, and Daniel Hughes; niece, Crystal Hughes; and two son-in-laws, Greg Hamilton and Donnie Alderman.
