Vickie Lynn Abasta

Mrs. Vickie Lynn Abasta, 60, of Ruleville, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2016, at North Sunflower Medical Center. Mrs. Abasta was born in Torrance, CA, On December 11, 1956, to Kenneth Dale Shultz and Carol Lavon Boatwright. She was the most loving, giving person you would ever meet, and she would give you anything she had if she knew you were in need of it. Her family was her everything and her grandchildren were her true passion. She is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings. Mrs. Abasta is survived by her daughters, Trina Lynn Abasta (Marcus) and Sabrina Abasta Davis (Wesley) all of Greenville; grandchildren, Cory Lumpkin, Lance Corporal Julius Reed, BreAnna Davis, and Dylan Davis all of Greenville; sister-in-law, Carol Shultz; beloved extended family, Anita Williams (John), Kayla Mikkelson (Kendall), Ryan Hutchinson, Gwen Hutchinson, Dylan Williams, Logan Williams, Jason Jones, Crystal Jones, Olivia Jones, Haven Jones, Donnie Jones, Sabastian Jones, Amy Lauck (Fred), Riley Lauck, Richard Shultz and family, Jennifer Onopa and family, Jeffrey Shultz, Jannie Shultz and family, and Jimmy Shultz. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made to the American Cancer Association and/or the Lupus Foundation of America.
