Wendel Joseph 'Chuck' Chudy

Wendel Joseph "Chuck" Chudy III, 65, of Cleveland, passed away Friday, December 25, 2015, in Cleveland. Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 2, 2016, at Duncan Baptist Church. Memorial services will follow beginning at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 2, 2016, at Duncan Baptist Church with Rev. Macklyn Hubbell officiating. Mr. Chudy was born on June 27, 1950, in Little Rock, AR to Wendel Joseph Chudy II and Nora Marie Pyrtle Chudy. He was an excellent outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. He was also a great cook. Mr. Chudy truly loved people and had a very big heart; he was very giving and would do anything for anybody. He could always be found laughing and carrying on a positive attitude.
He is preceded in death by his father, Wendel Joseph Chudy II; and his beloved dog of 16 years, Sam. Mr. Chudy is survived by his mother, Nora Marie Chudy of Cleveland; children, Wendel Joseph "Chip" Chudy IV (Wendy) of Ridgeland, MS, Jamye Chudy McClelland (Jason) of Ridgeland, MS, Stephen Chudy (Amy) of Cleveland, MS, Shelby Chudy Fulgham (Josh) of Brandon, MS, and Katherine A. Chudy of Jackson, MS; grandchildren, Chad, Reed, Mia, Elly, Emma James, Mack, Tyler, Madison, and Spencer; sister, Brenda Woods (Jerry) of Cleveland; brother, Mike Chudy (Kay) of Madison, MS; nieces and nephews; and his dog, Buddy.
