Mr. William (Billy) Mann 90, of Cleveland, MS was called home to be with the Lord on November 27, 2019. Visitation will be held at Skene Baptist Church on November 30, 2019 at 10:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. with a Celebration of Life Service immediately following.
Mr. Billy Mann was born on February 21, 1929 to the  late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Rhuben Mann Sr. in Greenville, Mississippi.  He grew up in the Mississippi Delta where he loved to farm and to be outdoors. He was the co-owner of Mann Farms, Mann Trucking, and Mann Commissary Store of Skene, MS. He loved all Ole Miss Sports, playing dominoes, reading old Westerns, and most of all, he loved being everyone's "Uncle Billy".
Mr. Billy is preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Mabel Wells Mann, parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Rhuben Mann Sr., brother, A.R. Mann Jr., nephew, Bill Mann, and stepson Coy McGovern.
Mr. Billy is survived by his son, Al Mann (Debbie), grandson, Brad Mann, granddaughter, Brittany Mann, sister, Leah Mann Thornton, nephews; Bert Mann (Patsy), David Thornton (Phyllis), and niece, Liz Thornton Bufkin (Ben).
The pallbearers will be Kris Hardin, Tyler Kitchings, Todd Kitchings, Brad Mann, Koleman Hardin, and Mark Duncan. The honorary pallbearers will be Bert Mann, David Thornton, and Ben Bufkin.
