Mary Elizabeth (Kitty) Fife Booker, loving and dedicated mother died at the age of 92 on April 30, 2021 at Indywood Estate Personal Care Home in Cleveland, MS. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Ray Funeral Home in Cleveland, MS. Ms. Booker was born on November 24, 1928 in Washington, MS. Ms. Booker played basketball and graduated from Washington School. Before retiring she was employed by Rimmer-Child insurance for 40 plus years. She was preceded in death by her parents; Henry Columbus Fife Sr. and Nannie Mary Marling Fife; her siblings; Henry Fife Jr., Artie Fife Holland, Ophelia Fife Jackson, Nell Fife Murphy, Nan Fife West, Frank Fife, and Billy Fife. Survivors include one sister; Margaret Fife Martin; her four children; Lon (Eddie) Booker III, Carolyn Booker Ballard (Don), Richard Booker (Carolyn), and Mark Booker (Patricia); nine grandchildren; Christina Booker Kilcrease (Heath), Scott Booker, Tony Booker, Drew Ballard, Jessica Ballard, Lee Havens (Emily), Richard Adam booker (Tamerra), Mark Zurales, and Kathrine Zurales; and eight great grandchildren; Austin Hicks, Matthew Hicks, Bella Hicks, Gracie Booker, William Havens, Elizabeth Gray Havens, Anna Patrick Havens, and Bobby Blue. Family members would like to thank the employees of Indywood Estates and North Sunflower for their dedication in providing loving care during her illness.
